DAVID PITTMAN
David began his property career in 2005 following a successful career in PR representing some of the largest names in the music and entertainment industry. Having joined one of the Royal Borough’s best-known and most respected Estate Agents, the change in career path proved to be a highly successful one.
David’s personable style, creative and commercially minded approach balanced with a forthright manner secured a swift progression through the company ranks. As a key player in the top performing branches, David rose to number one sales person in the company and furthered the reputation of those offices. These successes led to a promotion as Associate Director and Manager of the Holland Park Office. David turned around the fortunes of the branch, raising it to the highest market share in the area and sustaining that position for a number of years.
David has been a well-known face in the Royal Borough for some time now and is a member of many local boards and associations. His impressive list of personal and professional contacts have made him the go-to property expert for many. His integrity and honest approach have built a reputation that has encouraged much repeat and referred business over the last decade.
NATASHA VOYATZIS
Since graduating with an Architecture & Planning Degree from UCL, Natasha has worked exclusively in the Prime and Super Prime Central London property market. Natasha’s early career was spent in Mayfair, where she achieved record prices for notable house sales on Brook Street, Chesham Place and Charles Street. Having established herself as the top senior agent at a large Park Lane based estate agent, Natasha then joined a well known international estate agent selling properties around the world to high net worth individuals.
Keen to return to the bustle of the London property market, Natasha then joined a large Kensington and Chelsea based agent and quickly rose within the company to Director level. Natasha’s highly developed international network has helped her deliver some of the most important property sales in Central London. This has earned her the reputation for being capable of opening any door in London.
Although a tough negotiator Natasha is well known for her warm and personal approach towards clients and as a professional who is prepared to give fully of her time, energy and knowledge.
